Cancelation Policy

Our class sizes are small to ensure quality. When you enroll, please double check the schedule to ensure you or a secondary handler can attend each session. A full refund may only be obtained if requested at least 7 business days prior to the start-date of the enrolled class to allow us time to fill your spot. If your dog is unable to attend due to an injury, illness, or female in standing heat during your class, you will receive a 50% discount towards a future class. Outside of illnesses or injuries, we do not offer make-ups for missed classes. You will have 24/7 access to the online homework portal which covers everything that was taught during class.

The Community Unleashed membership is billed automatically each month and non-refundable. You may cancel at anytime or pause your membership by emailing Megan Wallace at megan@nocounleashed.com

All of our classes require a minimum of at least 3 dogs for the class to run. In the event a class has low enrollment, we will either call or email you at least 2 days before the class was scheduled to start to let you know there is a possibility the class may be cancelled or rescheduled and to offer you a full refund, or the opportunity to transfer to another class (at no extra cost).

Accident and liability

There is always risk of injury involved when working with animals. Dogs can be inherently difficult to control and that not all dogs will be under control at all times resulting in the possibility of injury to yourself, your dog, family members, or third parties.

NoCo Unleashed is not liable for any and all injuries to yourself, your dog, and any family members or third parties who may attend as a result of malfunctioning gear or handler error. NoCo Unleashed is not liable for any and all injuries your dog may cause to other persons and/or dogs attending classes as a result of malfunctioning gear or handler error. NoCo Unleashed is not liable for falls or injuries as a result of saliva, water, food, or class equipment that may be present in the training area.

Vaccination Requirements

Puppies under 4 months old:

- Distemper/parvo (DHPP) (first round)

- Negative fecal exam

Puppies and dogs over 4 months old:

- Distemper/parvo (DHPP)

- Rabies

We accept titer testing. We recommend Bordatella as you will be in group settings with other dogs, but understand it is not required of the dogs in class.

Weather Conditions

Indoor Classes: Held rain or shine, provided that road conditions are expected to be safe for the majority of students attending class. If an inclement weather event causes your class instructor to feel the need to cancel class for students' safety, you will be notified VIA EMAIL no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class.

Outdoor Classes: Held as long as the conditions are conducive to the safety and productive learning of both dog and human students. Your instructor may cancel class for rain, extreme temperatures (cold or hot), unsafe road conditions, muddy outdoor terrain, snow, and other weather-related reasons. If an inclement weather event causes your class instructor to feel the need to cancel class for students' safety, you will be notified VIA EMAIL no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. We try to avoid last minute cancellations, but as Colorado weather can be very fickle and we hate canceling classes just for the sun to come out 10 minutes later, notification of any weather decisions within 1 hour of your class time will come via both email and phone.

Make-Ups for Weather Cancellations: We make every effort to reschedule a class cancelled for weather at a time that is most convenient for the majority of students in the class. We cannot guarantee that a reschedule will work for everyone, but we bend over backwards to make it happen if we can!

Training Facility policies

Children are welcome, however they must stay with their guardian at all times and not interact with other dogs.
We reserve the right to expel dogs without refund if they show aggression or become a safety risk towards their handler, the instructor, other people, and/or other dogs. Private sessions may be recommended in these cases. Please be sure to disclose any aggressive tendencies that your dog may have prior to registering.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from class without a refund: punching, choking, hitting, pinching, yelling at, or slapping any dog.
Dogs must enter class on leash and stay on leash unless other wise stated by the instructor.
Dog-dog greetings are NOT permitted at ANY point before, during, and after class. This includes the facility, the parking lot, the designated potty area, and all sidewalks.
Please potty your dog before entering class and during designated potty breaks.
Please come prepared with required class materials. Required materials can be found in the Orientation in your online portal.
If you are going to be late please text or email your instructor so that they can prepare class for your arrival.

Media Release

By signing up for a class you grant permission to NoCo Unleashed, its agents and employees and to any person, company or organization that Noco Unleashed may designate or authorize, to take photographs, audio recording, or videos of client, client’s dog, and anyone whom client brings to classes/lessons. This consent includes the use of such photographs, audio recording, or films with or without your name or biographical data concerning NoCo Unleashed or another party on its behalf, without limitation as to time or frequency of use, for any or all of the following purposes: Release to media including newspapers and television, Educational or instructional purposes, Publicity, and NoCo Unleashed publications, presentations, and related uses such as web content, social media and emails. You may opt out of this release by emailing admin@nocounleashed.com at any time.

We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you provide information in response to a survey operated by us.

We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you access or log-in to a third party site, e.g., Facebook or Google, from our Service. This may include the text and/or images of your Personally Identifiable Information available from the third party site.

Public Content

Some information that you contribute through the Service is intended for public consumption such as your reviews of our services. We may display this information through the Service, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, which ads you have seen or clicked on, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may be able to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

We may use internal and third party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Keen IO, and Clicky.

Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Use of Data

We do not sell your personal data - such as your name and contact information - to third parties to use for their own marketing purposes. Noco Unleashed uses the collected data for various purposes:

We use various service providers, vendors and contractors (collectively, "Contractors") to assist us in providing our products and services to you. Our Contractors may have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information in the course of providing their products or services to us, so that we in turn can provide our products and services to you. These Contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the Site or the Online Course. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for us.

We may share aggregated of de-identified information with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, and other purposes, provided such information does not identify a particular individual.

Processing Personal Data

Noco Unleashed may collect and use the personal information described in this Privacy Policy for the following reasons:

We need to perform a contract with you
You have given us permission to do so

Retention of Data

Noco Unleashed will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Noco Unleashed will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer Of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Noco Unleashed will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Disclosure Of Data

Business Transactions: If NoCo Unleashed is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Disclosure for Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, NoCo Unleashed may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

"Do Not Track" Signals

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

You have the right to access, update, or to delete the information we have about you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

You have the right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.

The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Noco Unleashed relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 with the exception of what is outlined in our Media Release policy. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
