  • Accident and Liability
There is always some unavoidable risk of injury involved when working with animals, especially animals with behavioral issues. Dogs can be inherently difficult to control and that not all dogs will be under control at all times resulting in the possibility of injury to yourself, your dog, family members, or third parties. All risks associated with your participation in the Classes, including, but not limited to: the risks of any and all injuries to yourself, your dog and any family members or third parties who may attend; the risks that your dog may cause injury to other persons and/or dogs involved in the Classes; and the risks that saliva, water, food, equipment, floor matting or other debris may be present in the training area. • Training Facility Operating Policies
    - Class must be paid in full at the time of registration. - No refunds will be given for requests received within the 7 business days before class starts or after the session has begun. - If your dog is sick, please do not bring them to class. If you have a question about what is allowed in class, please contact the instructor. You are encouraged to come to class without your dog to see what is covered that day. - Children are welcome, however they must stay with their guardian at all times and not interact with other dogs (unless it appropriate to do so, ie puppy social with trainer guidance). - The instructor reserves the right to expel dogs without refund, who show aggression towards people or other dogs. Private sessions may be recommended in these cases. Please be sure to disclose any aggressive tendencies that your dog may have to the instructor prior to registering. - Dogs must enter class on leash and stay on leash unless other wise stated by the instructor. - No dog-dog greetings at ANY point: in the parking lot, in the doorway, in the facility. This can create leash frustration with dogs as they age or dogs that pull their owners toward others to “greet.” - Please come prepared with required class materials. You will be asked to purchase said items if you do not have them during the time of need in class (ie treats, chew, mat, toy). - All dogs MUST be pottied before entering class and during designated potty breaks. - If you are going to be late text or email your instructor so that they can prepare class for your arrival. - We do NOT offer make-ups for missed classes. You will have access to any homework through the online portal. - We are a positive training facility and as such do not use aversive techniques or tools. We strictly prohibit: punching, choking, hitting, pinching, yelling or slapping any dog.
  • Vaccination Requirements
Puppies under 4 months old: - Distemper/parvo (DHPP) (first round) - Negative fecal exam Puppies and dogs over 4 months old: - Distemper/parvo (DHPP) - Rabies We accept titer testing. We recommend Bordatella as you will be in group settings with other dogs, but understand it is not required of the dogs in class.
  • Cancellation Policy
When signing up for a class carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training, and your dog before registering for a class. Our class sizes are small to ensure quality. By enrolling, you are reserving a space in one of our classes. A full refund may only be obtained if requested at least 7 business days prior to the start-date of the enrolled class to allow us time to fill your spot. If your dog is unable to attend due to an injury, female in standing heat or illness during your class, you will receive a 50% discount towards a future class or you may transfer into another class during the same week you were in if there is availability. To ensure quality, our class sizes are small and your Registration Fee purchases sessions in a specific class. Consequently, we do not offer “make-ups” for missed classes. However, you will have access to the online homework portal. All of our classes require a minimum of at least 3 dogs for the class to run. In the event a class has low enrollment, we will either call or email you at least 2 days before the class was scheduled to start to let you know there is a possibility the class may be cancelled or rescheduled and to offer you a full refund, or the opportunity to transfer to another class (at no extra cost). For Seminars, Workshops, Trials and other Events: A full refund may only be obtained if requested at least 45 business days prior to the start-date of the enrolled class to allow us time to fill your spot. Seminars, Workshops and webinars are fully transferable, so if you need to cancel we can help you find someone to replace your spot. Any early bird specials are not refundable at any time, but are fully transferable.
  • Media Release
By signing up for a class you grant permission to NoCo Unleashed, its agents and employees and to any person, company or organization that Noco Unleashed may designate or authorize, to take photographs, audio recording, or videos of client, client’s dog, and anyone whom client brings to classes/lessons. • Weather Conditions
Indoor Classes: Held rain or shine, provided that road conditions are expected to be safe for the majority of students attending class. If an inclement weather event causes your class instructor to feel the need to cancel class for students' safety, you will be notified VIA EMAIL no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. Outdoor Classes: Held as long as the conditions are conducive to the safety and productive learning of both dog and human students. Your instructor may cancel class for rain, extreme temperatures (cold or hot), unsafe road conditions, muddy outdoor terrain, snow, and other weather-related reasons. If an inclement weather event causes your class instructor to feel the need to cancel class for students' safety, you will be notified VIA EMAIL no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. We try to avoid last minute cancellations, but as Colorado weather can be very fickle and we hate canceling classes just for the sun to come out 10 minutes later, notification of any weather decisions within 1 hour of your class time will come via both email and phone. Make-Ups for Weather Cancellations: We make every effort to reschedule a class cancelled for weather at a time that is most convenient for the majority of students in the class. We cannot guarantee that a reschedule will work for everyone, but we bend over backwards to make it happen if we can!
