Nose Work Clinic with Jo Trent

Join us for this 1-day clinic with Jo Trent! Jo grew up in Colorado, but moved to Southern California, and started Nose Work back in 2009 with the founding members of the NACSW. She became a Certified Nose Work Instructor in 2010. She is a Senior Certifying Official for trials, a staff member of the NACSW, and has been the Logistics Team Coordinator at the Colorado Nose Work Camp for the past 5 camps! She started her Nose Work career with her Yorkie, Sluggo, and Yorkie mix, Taz, and now runs Jelly, a Belgian Malinois in the Elite Division.

In this clinic, dogs at the ORT level or higher can receive coaching and feedback from Jo. Years of trialing with small dogs has given her a unique perspective on handling, and working with “outsider” breeds in Nose Work. She has extensive experience working with shelter dogs as well, so understands the diversity of search styles we see in our Nose Work dogs!
